Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) কী?
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) হলো কানাডার একটি ইমিগ্রেশন প্রোগ্রাম।
এই প্রোগ্রামের মাধ্যমে কানাডার বিভিন্ন প্রদেশ (Province) তাদের শ্রমবাজারের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী বিদেশি কর্মী বা অভিবাসী নির্বাচন করে।
সহজভাবে বললে
কানাডার প্রতিটি প্রদেশে কাজের জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের দক্ষ কর্মীর দরকার হয়।
যদি কোনো প্রদেশ মনে করে আপনার স্কিল বা অভিজ্ঞতা তাদের জন্য দরকার, তাহলে তারা আপনাকে Nomination (মনোনয়ন) দেয়।
PNP কীভাবে কাজ করে
১️⃣ প্রথমে আবেদনকারী কানাডার কোনো একটি প্রদেশে আবেদন (Apply) করে।
২️⃣ যদি সেই প্রদেশ মনে করে আপনার স্কিল তাদের শ্রমবাজারের জন্য দরকার, তাহলে তারা আপনাকে Provincial Nomination দেয়।
৩️⃣ এরপর আপনি Canada সরকারের কাছে Permanent Residence (PR) এর জন্য আবেদন করতে পারেন।
PNP কেন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ
✔️ PNP এর মাধ্যমে কানাডায় স্থায়ীভাবে বসবাস (PR) পাওয়ার সুযোগ বাড়ে।
✔️ যদি আপনি Express Entry তে থাকেন এবং PNP nomination পান, তাহলে আপনি অতিরিক্ত 600 CRS Points পান।
✔️ এতে করে PR পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা অনেক বেশি বেড়ে যায়।

ধরুন একজন আবেদনকারীর প্রোফাইল এমন:
বয়স ২৮ বছর → ১১০ পয়েন্ট
Bachelor ডিগ্রি → ১২০ পয়েন্ট
IELTS CLB 9 → ১২৪ পয়েন্ট
৩ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা → ৬৪ পয়েন্ট
মোট ≈ ৪১৮ পয়েন্ট
যদি PNP পান
যদি PNP পান
যদি আবেদনকারী Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) থেকে Nomination পান, তাহলে তিনি অতিরিক্ত ৬০০ CRS পয়েন্ট পাবেন।
তাহলে মোট পয়েন্ট হবে:
৪১৮ + ৬০০ = ১০১৮ পয়েন্ট
👉 এই স্কোর হলে সাধারণত কানাডার Permanent Residence (PR) পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা প্রায় নিশ্চিত হয়ে যায়।
IELTS স্কোর অনুযায়ী পয়েন্ট
CLB 7 → ৬৮ পয়েন্ট
CLB 8 → ৯০ পয়েন্ট
CLB 9 → ১২৪ পয়েন্ট
CLB 10 → ১৩৬ পয়েন্ট
👉 অর্থাৎ, যদি আপনার IELTS স্কোর ৭.৫ – ৮ বা তার বেশি হয়, তাহলে আপনি অনেক বেশি CRS পয়েন্ট পেতে পারেন।
কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা
অভিজ্ঞতা অনুযায়ী পয়েন্ট:
১ বছর কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা → ৪০ পয়েন্ট
২ বছর কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা → ৫৩ পয়েন্ট
৩ বছর কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা → ৬৪ পয়েন্ট
৪ বছর কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা → ৭২ পয়েন্ট
৫ বছর বা তার বেশি → ৮০ পয়েন্ট
- ✔️ অর্থাৎ, আপনার যদি বেশি কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকে, তাহলে আপনার CRS স্কোর বেশি হবে, এবং কানাডার Permanent Residence (PR) পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনাও বাড়বে।
Job Offer অনুযায়ী পয়েন্ট
১️⃣ Skilled Job Offer (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, 3)
👉 ৫০ CRS পয়েন্ট
২️⃣ Senior / Executive Position (NOC TEER 0 – Major Group 00)
👉 ২০০ CRS পয়েন্ট

ধরুন আপনার CRS স্কোর ৪২০।
যদি Skilled Job Offer পান
→ ৪২০ + ৫০ = ৪৭০যদি Senior Position Job Offer পান
→ ৪২০ + ২০০ = ৬২০
এতে PR পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা অনেক বেড়ে যায়।
Benefits of Studying in Canada
- Work for up to 20 hours per week while in school/college/university, and on a full-time basis during breaks. (UPDATE) From November 15th, 2025 till the end of December 2025, “certain” Canadian International Students that have off-campus permissions on their study permits will be able to work an unlimited number of hours off-campus. Limited to those who qualify!
- Obtain a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) for the equivalent duration of the studies once the program is successfully completed. PGWP also called an Open Work Permit allows an individual to work with any employer and anywhere in Canada.
- May be eligible to bring an accompanying spouse or common-law partner to Canada on an open work permit, allowing him/her to work for any employer.
- May be eligible to bring an accompanying minor child to study in Canada at the same rate that Canadians pay.
- Become eligible for Canadian permanent residence, either through a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), Quebec’s immigration system, or through the Express Entry immigration selection system.
COLLEGE CHANGE OR DLI CHANGE:
If a student in Canada wants to change college due to suspension from the current college or where PGWP is not available, we will help them get admission to a public college where they can get the required Canada PGWP. To get a DLI change (DLI Number / College Change), contact our office! Students must know that they cannot stay in Canada if they don’t study or remain full-time in the course. Whether the institute is private or public, one must study all the time and should not work if they are not studying at the college.
